You can earn up to £500 a year by referring up to 20 friends, neighbours, or even random people you meet.
1. Log in to My Account and visit the ‘Referrals’ tab to get your special sharing link.
2. Share your link with your friends, neighbours, or anyone! And they use it to order any 12 or 24-month package.
3. Once they’re active for 30 days, and if you’re still a customer, you’ll BOTH get a £25 voucher! Rewards will be sent within 90 days of their activation.
What is ‘Refer a friend’?
Refer a friend’ is Hyperoptic’s referral scheme, which allows our customers to refer a friend to Hyperoptic in order to receive £25 voucher to use at John Lewis, Amazon or Tesco. To become a referrer, visit My Account.

What if my friend doesn’t select ‘I was referred’ during the order process?
Unfortunately, if your friend does not use their unique code, which will be sent to them via email, during the order process, we are unable to track the order back to you, and it will not qualify for the referral reward. To qualify, your friend needs to use their unique code in the order form, then enter your email address as their registered referrer. That way, we can track the order back to you and you both get the reward.

How will I know if when somebody references my email when they order?
We will email you to let you know. We can only do this if your referred friend uses their unique code in the order form. This is how we track the referral back to you. You’ll both get your referral reward once the new account has been active for 30 days.

What are my reward options?
Whether you’re an existing Hyperoptic customer who has introduced a friend, or a new customer who was introduced by someone you know, you can choose either a voucher from Amazon, John Lewis, or Tesco. The value of each of these rewards is £25.
When will I receive my reward?
Once a referred friend has become a Hyperoptic customer and activated their account, we’ll send both them and the person who referred them an invite to claim their rewards. Once an Amazon, John Lewis or Tesco reward has been claimed by the participant, the unique code entitling that participant to their £25 reward will be delivered via email within 12 hours.
