If you changed your mind and want to return the content you have purchased, but you have not yet downloaded any item of the content, you are allowed to cancel the Licence and get a full refund within 14 days of the Invoice date. All you have to do in order to do so is to email Alamy’s Customer Support team at [email protected] providing them with your invoice number as well as the content file number. But remember - if you cancel the licence, you will no longer be able to use the content.
