Customers have the right to cancel their TUI holidays and TUI flights. They should do so as soon as possible. As per the cancellation policy, TUI reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which is dependent on a variety of factors such as the time before the holiday was supposed to start and the airline used to get to your destination. If you used TUI flights, you can see the charges on the company website. If you want to change or cancel your booking, you can do it in your account, in the TUI Manage My Booking tab. Every cancellation should be followed by a confirmation email within 14 days. If you haven’t received such message within that timeframe, you should contact TUI as soon as possible.
