You can return most of the Fossil products and receive a refund. The exceptions include items such as personalised products, products from the Design Your Watch category, gift cards and products that have had their hygiene seal broken. Furthermore, every product that is sent back to Fossil must be new, unused and in its original packaging. The timeframe of return is 30 days, starting from the date you received your order. After that period of time, the company can refuse to accept the return. In such cases, you should contact customer service to make sure your return is accepted and a refund is issued.
The process involves printing a returns label. You can do that by going to your account and registering your return. Once you do that, attach the returns label to your parcel and send it to Fossil. The refund will be sent using the same method of payment you used to pay for your order.
