Claire’s Returns

If you wish to return an unwanted item(s) you bought from Claire’s you can do so within 28 days - providing the item(s) is in an original condition i.e. hasn’t been used. In order to do so, you can bring it to your local store along with the proof of purchase or send it back via mail service. All the returns will be carried out in the way the original payment was made. In order to return the item(s) via post, all you have to do is to send along with the item(s) your order summary and ship the parcel to Claire’s Accessories, Online Returns Department which address can be found on their website. Remember to ask your local post office for proof of postage, just in case. And if you wish to return the item(s) at Claire’s store, get them to your nearest store along with the order summary and the store staff will assist you with the refund. The only items that are not returnable due to hygiene reasons are unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery.

Claire’s Faulty Product Returns

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you can claim a return on the same basis as the regular return claim - which is at your local Claire’s store or by sending the item(s) back via mail. If Claire’s will confirm that the damage was made on their side - not due to mishandling or abuse of the products, they will give you a refund via the original payment method, and if it was the only item you have purchased, they will refund you the delivery cost as well.
