Converse Returns

If you wish to return any of the items, you have purchased via the Converse.com website, you have 30-days to do so. The product(s) must be of course unused and unwashed and if they are, you can easily return them. Just follow these steps:
fill out the return form that came with your original order,
pack all the item(s) you wish to return securely and carefully tape the box,
peel off the return label and put it on the box,
bring the package to an appropriate carrier - it will be specified on the return label,
keep your proof of postage just in case.
If you don’t have the return form or the label - contact Converse's customer care team, and they will be happy to assist you. The whole return process can take up to around two weeks (14 working days). And if you have purchased Converse items in store - bring them back to the store or act accordingly to their Return Policy.

The company started when Marquis Mills Converse decided to open his very own Converse Rubber Shoe Company back in February 1908 in Massachusetts and started manufacturing rubber shoes for men, women and kids.
