Damart Returns

If you don’t love the items you have purchased, no worry - you can return them within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original state and have not been used. You just need to choose one of the three available options, and the rest will be taken care of:
Evri Parcelshop - take your parcel to your nearest Parcel Shop, but be sure to book it via 'Drop off at an Evri Parcel Shop' before going. And if you provide them with an email address, you will be notified when Damart will receive the parcel. A small return fee might apply.
The Post Office - alternatively, you can drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office, at home fill in the proper returns form and put it in your parcel, then securely close it and write the Damart address on top (Damart, Returns Department, Station Road, Steeton, Keighley, BD20 6RA). For your own convenience, get proof of postage from your local branch.
Evri courier Collection - don’t want to leave the house? No problem! You can book a collection either via the Evri website or by calling 0871 423 4351. Pack all the items securely and attach the proper Evri Returns label, which you can find in your original delivery note, to your box.
Returns can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Damart Damaged Items

If your order gets to you, and it turns out to be damaged, Damart can arrange for you a free-of-charge courier collection or alternatively send you a free returns label, so you can send it back to them yourself. All you have to do is to notify their Customer Service Team either via email at [email protected] or simply give them a call at 0330 123 0842 - have your order number with you. And if you want to place a complaint you are free to do so also either via email or telephone or alternatively traditional mail.

Damart's story started quite a while ago - in 1950 with three brothers - Joseph, Paul and Jules Despature who were running a business in Roubaix, Northern France. They wanted to design special, thermal underwear that would keep their customers warm. Once they designed and produced the clothes, they tested them at Nanterre Hospital on patients suffering from rheumatism.
