If you changed your mind, but have already picked up your car or van, you have to contact the location where you picked it up and ask them for an extension of the rental. However, if you did not yet pick up the vehicle - you can modify or cancel your reservation as you wish. But if there are some errors occurring - please contact Enterprise Customer Support Team, and they will help you with it. But beware that if you modify your order - for example the date or the type of your vehicle or the pick-up location, rates, taxes and other charges might change. Enterprise Refunds

If you are wondering whether you will be charged if you cancel your reservation, the answers are as follows. If you did not already prepay for your vehicle reservation, worry not, there will not be a cancellation fee. However, if you did and cancelled your order 3 days or more before your pickup date you will most likely receive a full refund. But if you cancel it less than 3 days prior the whole amount of the booking will be refunded and a charge cancellation fee up to £40. Also be aware that if the full amount will be less than the cancellation fee - refund won’t be given.
