Garden Street Returns

In order to return the items you have purchased, you must inform Garden Street in writing or via email within 14 days starting from the day after delivery. The goods have to be returned to an address Garden Street will supply. If you wish, they can arrange for the items to have the products returned or you can send them by yourself. Remember you are responsible for them until they reach Garden Street. The delivery/collection charges have to be paid by you - they are non-refundable. If you don’t have the original packaging - the products must be repackaged in appropriate materials so they won’t get damaged during the transit. You will most likely be credited for the full amount you paid for the items unless any additional costs will occur. Beware that some items - for example the perishable ones - can not be returned. As it states in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - you have 30 days to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. And after the first 6 months after delivery, in order to return them, you have to prove that the goods were faulty at the time of delivery. So that is why, when the items are delivered and they are damaged/faulty, or have some parts missing or they are not the product ordered - be sure to contact Garden Street Customer Support Team within at least 3 days so they can look at it and most likely offer you a replacement or sent parts/repair it as promptly as possible.
