If you’re not happy with the Gruum products that you have received, or you’re simply changed your mind - you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Remember - all the items must be unused, in their original condition and with all the original packaging. Used items won’t be accepted. When Gruum receives it back, they will contact you to issue you a full refund, if the products you have sent back are in their brand-new condition. When sending the products - be sure to keep your proof of postage just in case, and remember - you won't be reimbursed for the transportation fees. And if you have a subscription plan, and you no longer wish to receive the items - you can cancel it anytime via your account at Gruum.

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or damaged, or something is missing from your order - please contact the Gruum’s Customer Support Team.
