What is the returns procedure like at JTF? It’s pretty easy. The first thing you are asked to do is to contact customer service. You can do so by phone or email, it’s completely up to you. Once customer service processes your return, you will receive a returns reference code. When sending back your product, JTF advises to include a short note with the most important information, such as your name contact information and the returns reference code mentioned earlier. Also, please include the reason for your return. As per store policy, you have 14 days to return your product. There are certain products that are non-returnable. Those include products that have been opened or their return is forbidden due to hygiene reasons. The first category includes bedding accessories, such as duvets, mattresses, pillows and the like.
