Land's End Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it and get an exchange, replacement or refund. All you have to do in order to complete the return is to:
Fill out the appropriate section of the packing slip that came in along with your order (detailed instructions can be found on the document attached)
Attach the pre-printed address label you can find in your packing slip to your box (the label is not prepaid)
Return the unwanted items via Royal Mail service or by arranging a ‘Hermes’ collection at a time that best suits you. It would be best for you to obtain the proof of postage in case anything happens to the parcel.
Send your package to the Returns Department - the detailed address could be found on their website.
There is no time limit on the returns, however, to get your postage cost returned you need to return the items within 28-days of purchase. All sent items must be unused and with all the labels intact, ideally, sent back in their original packaging, but that is not strictly required.

Land’s End was established back in 1963 by a guy named Gary Comer who was selling yachting equipment for racing sailors, as surprising as it seems. He opened his first store in Chicago and was also sending the items to the customers through the mail from his own basement. What’s funny about the company is that the printing company responsible for Land’s Ends’ first ever catalog misplaced the apostrophe in “Lands’ End” changing the name of the company.
