Mamas and Papas are offering a 28-day returns policy from the date of the purchase if you’re not happy with the items you have ordered. This applies to a majority of items, excluding personalized and refurbished ones and toiletries, mattresses, underwear and swimwear for hygiene and safety reasons, and clearance items. All the items, one wishes to return, must be sent back in original packaging, with all the labels intact, and can not be used. The items can be returned in three ways:

to a Support Center - located in Huddersfield, any items that a customer wishes to return can be sent there, with the responsibility of delivering the item on customer,
