Marisota Returns

The items purchased at Marisota can be returned within 28 days of the receipt. All the items must be in original packaging, unused, and with all the labels and/or accessories intact. Some items, unless faulty, can not be returned - this includes personalized ones, perishable items, unsealed perfume and so on. The full list of items can be found on the appropriate subpage. The return process is free if the customer uses the return page and gets the return label choosing one of the following: EVRI (courier return, ParcelShops, Lockers), ASDA stores or local Post Office. The whole process can take about 10 working days, and customers are asked to keep the original receipt safe, just in case.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you are asked to fill out the proper online form available at the Marisota website providing all the necessary information including your details, account number, your address and description of the damaged item - you can also additionally attach a picture of the damage.
