Beware that the ones you bought in-store must be returned to one of their stores. For the ones bought online, you have two options: you can either return the items to your nearest Moss Bros store for free or return them via Royal Mail or Collect+ also for free. Whichever you prefer. But beware that until the items reach the Moss Bros shop or warehouse, you are fully responsible for them. Just visit their returns portal and follow all the instructions. You can either print your label at home or alternatively have a special barcode sent to you, that you can use at your local Post Office or Collect+ store.
