Depending on the items you want to return - if you want to return a Nespresso machine that you bought directly from the Nespresso, you can do this within 14 days of delivery, but the machine has to be unused, in its original packaging and all the accessories and tags intact. If you ordered the machine through the website - to arrange its collection contact the Nespresso Customer Care Team and they will help you with the return. Once they receive the machine back, if they accept the return they will issue a refund usually within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. And if you bought the machine via Nespresso Boutique it can be either returned directly to the Boutique or the Nespresso Team can arrange the pick up of the machine along with the return for you.
