If you want to return the items you have purchased, you can do so provided they are in new and unused condition and also in their original packaging. You must send the unwanted products back within 14 days of the date when you notified Novatech that you want to cancel your order. Also, to return the products - to say that you want to do that - you have also 14 days from the date of delivery. Remember - you are responsible for sending the items back and also for paying the postage fee, so you should keep your proof of postage just in case. Novatech Damaged Items

If you want to return any faulty items, you have to contact the Novatech Technical Support Team first to obtain a Product Return Number (RMA). You can do that either by calling them at 02392 322 500, emailing them at [email protected] or alternatively via the Live Chat feature at www.novatech.co.uk/contact.html. If the product is faulty, Novatech will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the return in the 6 months following the delivery date. And if the products will be sent to them after this period - the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the faulty products. Beware that any faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear won’t be covered by the damaged items return policy. Also, remember that when sending back the faulty items you should send them back with all the thighs they originally came with if that’s possible - including all the accessories and original packaging.
