Ordnance Survey Returns

If you want to return any item purchased at the Ordnance Survey, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. All you have to do is to contact their Customer Services Team before returning the items, and they will help you with the whole process. For returns under £100, you will need to send the item to FREEPOST Ordnance Survey, and for the ones over £100 the Ordnance Survey Customer Services Team will get in touch with you to arrange a collection of the item you wish to return. After the return is processed and you will be eligible for the refund, the OS will refund the purchase price. But beware that personalised items can not be returned, unless faulty. And if you have ordered your OS Maps Premium subscription - you can easily cancel it within 14 days of ordering, but beware that after that period refund won’t be possible.

Ordnance Survey Damaged Items

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or damaged or has been broken during the delivery, you can return them and get a full refund or replacement sent to you if you notify the Ordnance Survey within 14 days from delivery. The same applies if you have mistakenly received an item you haven’t purchased, or your order is missing an item.
