Once a Railcard has been issued, it is non-refundable - even if you haven’t used it at all. The same applies if you have already purchased your railcard, but you changed your mind and want to get a different Railcard. You can not return the old one, you just have to purchase a new one. And if you ordered the car, and after 7 days you did not get it by the mail, then go to the ‘Manage my Railcard’ page after logging in and apply for a replacement. The same applies if you lost your railcard or someone stole it - you can apply for a new one using the ‘Manage my Railcard’ page.
