You can return the unwanted item(s) bought at TM Lewin within 90 days of receipt. They all must be in their original state, unworn and with all the labels intact, ideally in their original packaging. Shoes and underwear can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. In order to return the unwanted item(s):
download, print and fill out the proper returns form available at the TM Lewin website,
pack the items securely and put the filled out return form inside the package,
create a return label at https://www.evri.com/return/ with T.M. Lewin, and choose one of the options for sending it away: Parcel Shop or Locker Drop Off, Courier Collection.
The approximate time to process the return is 14 working days. In case of any questions, do not hesitate to contact their customer support team - they will be happy to assist you.
