People often buy things without checking the right size or other important criteria and need to return their product. In most cases, Tredz allows you to return almost all kinds of products, but there are some exceptions. Facemasks, undershorts and underwear cannot be returned if it had been taken out of its original packaging. As far as other cases are concerned, the customer has 365 days to return a product provided it is in its original packaging, without any damage and in original condition. Once the item or items are inspected, you will be notified of the return process. You will need a returns form. The forms for bikes and accessories are different, so make sure you get the right one. Unfortunately, the return is not free. The price for courier pick-up in the case of bikes is £35 and for other large items it’s £20. Once the courier arrives to pick up your items from you, make sure you get proof of dispatch. Aside from the courier pick-up, you can send certain items via ASDA toyou or Collect+. ASDA toyou will accept packages under 25kg and charges £3 for the service, which will be deducted from your refund. Collect+ accepts packages under 10kg and requires a special returns label available on our website. Once you purchase and print the returns label, stick it on the package and send it.

Return Of Faulty Items

Tredz ensures the highest quality of the products they offer, but sometimes products arrive damaged. In that case, you can either refuse delivery from the courier or sign the item as unchecked if that had been the case. You should contact Tredz at [email protected] to provide additional details and send back your purchase. You will be refunded for the cost of postage up to £5 provided you send the copy of the postage receipt.
