Trespass Returns

If you have received an item from Trespass and no longer want it then you can return any item for a refund within 21 days of receiving it. They will either send the replacement to the original delivery address or refund you the price if you chose the refund, not the exchange. But beware that all the items will be inspected on return, so they have to be unused, in their original state and in original packaging. And, when sending them back because you simply changed your mind, you will have to cover the delivery cost (they will be deducted from your refund). In order to return the item, fill out the returns form and pack it with the items you want to send back to Trespass. Then attach the Royal Mail returns label you can find in your Dispatch Note. Take the parcel to your nearest Post Office and send it back. Alternatively, you can also return the items at ASDA or arrange a Parcel Collect. In order to do so, head over to the Returns & Refunds Page at Trespass and follow the instructions.

Trespass Damaged Items

If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, or something is missing from your order, fill out the Return & Refunds form available online at Trespass. You can return the items for an exchange within 21 days of receiving them, but if the items won’t be available - for example the size you want to exchange them for, then a refund will be made. You can also exchange it for an entirely different item, you will have to claim your refund and then place another item. Or if you want to simply get a refund, you can also do it. And if the items, you are returning, are faulty, the deduction for delivery costs won’t be made.
