Uniqlo Returns

If you wish to return the items you have purchased through the Uniqlo website, you can do so within 28 days of receiving them. Retain your invoice and make sure that the items are returned in resalable conditions, that means in their original packaging and all the tags and or labels intact. However, some items can not be returned, that is underwear, innerwear, swimwear and masks - all due to hygiene reasons. Also, you can not return personalised items. Beware that items bought online cannot be returned directly to their stores, but they can be exchanged if you wish. If you wish to return the items bought online, simply send them back to Uniqlo via mail or use Parcel Shop or Convenience store pick up. Just head over to their website and follow their instructions. And even if your item is deemed as non-returnable, such as underwear, swimwear or personalised one - do get in touch with their Customer Support Team, as they will be able to help you with it. An exception will likely be made for the items that are damaged and cannot be fixed or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To make the whole process easier - provide the Uniqlo staff with as much information as you can about the faulty product. Describe it in detail and send them pictures of the damage.
