If you are not happy with the items you have purchased - Whistlefish prints, cards, party items, anything really - you can usually return them within 30 days of the receipt, providing they are in their original condition - that hasn't been used or opened and are still in their original packaging. Whistlefish, after checking the claim, will exchange the item for a full refund. But beware that they won’t refund any return postage charges, and you will be charged for an additional exchange. On top of that, please be aware that any bespoke or specially made for your items are also excluded from the return.
