All the products purchased at Argos can be sent back, but not all of them have the same rules for return. For instance, there are two groups of items that can be sent back via mail (that includes small items and Tu clothing), but there are certain product categories that are returnable in store in person (all groups except for large items). It’s best to check the Argos opening times before you do that. If you would like to return a large item, you will need to contact Customer Service and set up a date for the collection of the product or products in question.
All items have a 30-day period when you can contact the Customer Service and ask for a refund in exchange for your product. The items must be in original condition as well as packaging. Additionally, you will be asked to provide a receipt. Should you decide to send an item by mail, make sure to include the receipt in the package.
