To make the return process as easy and as painless as possible, you have 28 days to return it to get a full refund or exchange. So if the items that you have purchased are not what you wanted or you just simply changed your mind, you can return them. In order to do so, you have to fill out the appropriate returns form you can find on the delivery note that came with your parcel, then securely pack the items (that must be unworn, with all the tags intact and in the original packaging) and select one of the following return methods:
Royal Mail drop-off - that will allow you to return the items for free at your local post office,
Royal Mail collection - you will be responsible for generating and printing a return label,
Evri Parcelshop, Locker, or collection,
In-store.
But beware, that some items are non-returnable if they are opened and in a non-saleable condition, mostly for hygiene reasons. That includes bath & body products, secret tape, stick & clip bra and others. The full list you can find on the return website.

If you happen to receive an item that is faulty/damaged, post it back to Boux Avenue choosing one of the above methods and stating the problem in their return form.
