Both online and store purchases can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase at Hobbs. In order to return the unwanted item(s) you can:
return them free of charge via UK Post, packing them securely and attaching the return label at the top of the package
return them to your nearest Hobbs store, providing the delivery receipt,
return them via UK free returns by Collect+, attaching the proper Collect+ returns label on top and bringing the parcel to your nearest Collect+ drop-off point,
return them via the international returns route, which detailed instructions can be found on the Hobbs website.
Remember, all the items you wish to return must be unused and in their original state and packaging with all the labels intact. Some items might not be returnable for hygiene reasons. In case of any questions, head over to their Returns FAQ section or contact their customer care team via their website.
If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty item, you are asked to return them to the Hobbs distribution centre along with the dispatch note in order to get a refund. To do so, just simply follow the regular returns process described above.
