If you have ordered your items via Hughes website or phone line, and wish to purchase them, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You have to notify Hughes in writing, by emailing them at [email protected]. For the return to be valid, the item(s) have to be still in the original box and all of its internal packaging - not used, installed, or downloaded, and still with the seal on health or hygiene products. If that’s not the case, a deduction might be done if the original value of goods has deteriorated because of the use. The goods you wish to return need to be sent back at your cost to Hughes Inspections Department, Unit 22, Fison Way, Thetford, IP24 1HJ. If needed, Hughes can assist you with arranging a pickup.

In case the item that you have ordered has a fault - within 30 days of delivery, you can return it and get an exchange or a full refund. If you’ll find the fault after the period but before 6 months from the date of delivery - Hughes will repair or replace it. On rare occasions that they won’t be able to do any of that, you will be offered a partial refund if you choose to keep the product or a full refund if you return them. And if the 6 months pass, but you will have found the fault, and it would be confirmed that the fault was present on delivery, you can proceed as above.
