If you change your mind about the items you have purchased, you can easily return them. You have 30 days to return them, either by using the mail service or taking them to your nearest Monki store. But please beware that all the items you wish to return must be in their original condition - with all the tags and labels intact, and securely packed in their original boxes. After they reach the Monki warehouse they will be inspected, and an appropriate refund will be made to your account - in the original form of payment. Beware that some items - such as underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery - cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you choose to return the items to your nearest Monki store - all you have to do is bring with you the return delivery note along with the items and the store staff will assist you with the return. Monki Damaged Items

If you happened to receive an item that is faulty or damaged - including material or manufacturing fault or delivery fault - or if there are any defects in the goods you have purchased, you can either contact the Monki Customer Service Team or return the item immediately following the normal return process by using the provided pre-printed return form. The Monki Team will try to solve the issue as fast as possible and will probably offer you an exchange or refund depending on the availability of the products and your wishes.
