If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, or you just simply changed your mind, you can return them providing they are in their original condition and only within 30 days of receipt in order to get a replacement or a refund. Please beware that any transit damages and shortages have been notified within 48 hours - any delays might influence the return process negatively. Also beware, that if you are returning goods which are nor faulty or damaged - you are returning them just because you don’t want them any more - you are responsible for paying the delivery charge and returning the items to Pet Planet. Before the refund can be issued, all the items you wish to return, have to be returned to Pet Planet. Refunds are then usually issued within 7 days of Pet Planet receiving the goods.
