Reiss Returns

For store-purchased item(s) they must be returned to one of their stores in order to get a refund. And if you’ve ordered your item(s) online, you can return them free of charge within 28-days from the date of purchase in the following ways:
to your nearest REISS store or the UK Next Store,
to your local EVRIL Parcelshop or Locker - you can do this through the EVRIL website, all you have to do is simply choose REISS Ltd as your retailer and enter your details in order to get a return label, then pack your item(s) securely and bring them to your Parcelshop or Locker,
by arranging a collection from home - you can do this via your account on the REISS website by choosing the Returns subpage and then Arrange a return page. Enter all the needed information, and prepare your parcels to be picked up by the courier.
Remember, all items must be in their original condition, not used, and with all the labels intact. Depending on the original payment method, and the way you have returned your items, the whole process can take up to 10 working days.

REISS Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged item, you are asked to contact the customer support team, ideally through the chat option on their website. Alternatively, you can give them a call on 0333 777 4557. The above applies if you have made your purchase online. If you bought the item(s) at your local store, take them back to any of the REISS stores with the original proof of purchase, and the REISS staff will be happy to assist you with your claim.
